Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every reading. If your report contains clear errors — such as incorrect birth data used in analysis, or content that is noticeably incomplete — contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once we confirm the quality issue, we will issue a full refund.
To request a refund, email service@suwen.io with your order reference and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 48 hours.
EU Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Customers in the European Union retain a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This right expires earlier if the digital content has been delivered and you consented to immediate delivery, expressly waiving your withdrawal right.
Payments Processed by Paddle
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
