What We Collect

To deliver your reading, we collect:

  • Your birth date and time (for Ba Zi reports)
  • Your question (for I Ching readings)
  • Your LINE or Telegram user ID, used to deliver your report and respond to follow-up questions
  • Payment information, handled entirely by Paddle — we never see your card details

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to generate and deliver your reading. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process payments (Paddle) or comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

Report PDFs are available for download for 30 days from delivery. After that, they are removed from our servers. Order records are retained for accounting and tax compliance purposes.

Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refund processing. Your payment details are collected and stored by Paddle, not by us. Paddle's privacy policy applies to your payment data.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing service@suwen.io. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability.
